2. In addition to the online layout color, are there other options? How to view more? 
CheerB offers a variety of exquisite and unique existing "template design" for you to purchase, and will be updated and added from time to time. Go to our Facebook / Instagram / website to browse our updating styles. #Designs are not uploaded to the Internet in time, you can contact our sales staff to watch more and purchase.

3.Can I use the "Template Design" to make changes based on my personal preferences?
If you choose "Template Design", you can only change the basic main color and add the children's photo (at the specified position) twice. Other modifications require an additional design fee.

4. I don't know what type of decoration is right for my party venue? 

CheerB provides free venue decoration and party planning consultation services. You can go to the 'Contact Us' section to fill in the 'Party Enquiry Form' and email us or call /whatsapp for initial advice or contact our sales staff to make an appointment. We will provide professional advice! Please prepare the following information for us to give the most appropriate advice: 

1. Party date and time 

2: Party nature 

3. Venue information and environment photos 

4. Quantity of people: adults and children

5. Query items (such as a hundred day banquet arrangement, gift return, photography ⋯) 

5. Contact Email/Phone Number 

6. Special requirements

5. Can I arrange an inspection to the venue before the party? 

You need to pay the $300 site inspection consultant fee first. Our decorators will meet with you at the party venue to give you the most suitable advice and quotation. This fee will be included in the total amount of the order confirmation. The total amount of order subjects must exceed $3000.

6. What arrangement is best for my party venue? 

The following is a scale reference chart to let you know the proportion of our different decoration. Please contact the venue manager for the backplane package and size.

7. What are the requirements and information for the photo file of making poster? 

- The photo file is in JPG format. Please email the original photo directly to cheerbparty@gmail.com. Each file must have at least 3-4M. Do not use mobile phone processing or community website to download photos, and never use whatsapp to forward us. In order to avoid printing quality problems caused by insufficient pixel. 

- We will not provide fine-grained, edit photo services. If you want to add photos, please select the appropriate straight/horizontal photos according to the product type, and pay attention to the cutting effect. 

-Please give us correct and clear photos and texts before the manuscript, you can modify it once after the first draft, modify it again need to add $60 per time. 

- If the proof is corrected by the customer and the content is correct, after confirmation the text will be sent to the printing. If there is any incorrect in content after costumers’ confirmation, costumer should bear the price for re-printing.

- The actual color may be slightly different from the computer display. The color should be printed according to the actual color. If your request of the colour  is extremely accurate, please do not place an order.

 

8. What is the latest time to book a service?

 Better at least 14 days before the party day, "Optional Template" package service/product should be ordered at 7 days before the latest party date. For all services that are placed less than 7 days, additional 20% of the total amount will be charged for express printing and service charges.

 The "Design" service will be booked 14 days before the latest party date. For all services that are placed less than 14 days, additional 50% of the total amount will be charged for express design and service charges. Please go to the payment details for more information.

 

9. How to order? 

- If you need a fit-in unique design, we will first understand your different needs to make a quote. Please go to the ordering process for details. 

- If you purchase an existing "model version or package", you can contact the our staff to make a order. As long as the deposit is paid, the service day and details will be implemented. Please go to the ordering process.
