Step 3
Confirm Order
1. After confirming the order, CheerB will send the order form with Whatapps for customer fill it out.
2. Customer reply this form to CheerB with Whatapps
3. CheerB emails the official order to the customer email, customer confirm the order and settle the payment.
Step 4
Send the receipt to CheerB by email or whatsapp

The total order amount is less than $3000 , the full amount of the order must be paid.
The total amount of orders is more than $3000, 50% deposit must be paid, and the service period and order contents are officially implemented.
Step 5
Design & Production
CheerB will be designed and produced according to the schedule, usually 14 to 30 days before the date of party, and email to the customer for confirmation.
# All graphic layout must be printed and produced after confirmation by the customer.
Step 6
Final Payment
All final payment must be settled before 7 days prior to the party date.
Step 7
Pick up arrangement/ delivery / installation
Only Order Printed Product Customer
Pick up the goods at the ebanner store one day before the party.
E-banner Shop Office Hours:
Monday to Saturday 10-19:00pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Arrange Delivery Service to Venue for Customer Pick up
The GoGoVan delivery service can be arranged for a $50 service charge on party day. Customers are required to settle the payment and pay the delivery fee to driver arrived the party venue.
